General - what is the purpose of this privacy policy?

The website available at the address http://www.debaronie.eu (hereinafter: the ‘Website’) is operated by and is the property of  BVBA Dr Myny, with company number BE0464.168.160 and with registered office at Baron Ruzettelaan 242 –8310 Brugge – Belgium (also referred to hereinafter as the: ‘Controller’, ‘we’, or ‘us’).

For which purposes do we process your personal data ?

We process the personal shared by you on or via the Website for digital marketing purposes.

Your personal data is also processed on our behalf by, among others, our IT supplier Pixelmedia. This processing has been provided for in a processing agreement concluded with them for this purpose.

Where, how, and for how long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored on a secure data server to be specified in more detail (location, provider) .

We shall not store your personal data for any longer than required to achieve the purposes specified in Article 4. In this respect, we could therefore store your personal data for a significant amount of time. In any event, your data shall not be stored for longer than five years.


 

What are your rights?

You have the right to request:

What are our obligations?

We maintain a processing register in which the processing (category) of your personal data has also been stipulated.
We cooperate with the authorised data protection authorities (at their request).

Where necessary and/or required, we shall immediately inform the Privacy Commission/National Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of detection of any security incidents or data breaches (including illegal processing, loss, unavailability, destruction, damage, or unauthorised distribution of your personal data).
We shall also notify you should such a breach appear to entail a high risk where your rights are concerned, and under the conditions as stipulated in the GDPR.
